Are headlights covered under Hyundai’s warranty?
The headlights on my Hyundai are fogging up and aren’t working properly. If I have to get them replaced, will they be covered by my Hyundai warranty?

- Headlights should be included in Hyundai’s 1-year/12,000-mile Replacement Parts and Accessories Limited Warranty.
- Hyundai’s warranty states that if you experience a mechanical breakdown due to manufacturing defects, Hyundai will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.
If your car is less than a year old or has less than 12,000 miles, you should still be covered by its warranty. Just keep in mind that the warranty only covers defects that occur during normal use; it won’t cover normal wear and tear.
