If I move from Colorado to Alabama, will my car insurance be cheaper?
I live in Denver, Colorado, but I want to move back to my old state of Alabama since it seems to be cheaper to live there. Will my car insurance be significantly cheaper if I move to Alabama?

Thanks for your question! Auto policies are unique to each individual, so it’s hard for me to tell you with any certainty that your car insurance is definitely going to be cheaper in Alabama. Your premiums will depend on where you live in the state, your driving record, and what the state requires you to carry for coverage. But if I am simply going off the average cost of car insurance in each state, typically it’s lower in Alabama than it is in Colorado.
