Center bore: A wheel’s center bore is the opening that centers the wheel on the hub. That hole can vary in size, so knowing the right measurement is important.
How to measure your Ram’s lug pattern

First, count the lug holes in your wheel. The total number for one wheel is the first number of your lug pattern.
Then, you’ll measure the diameter of your lug pattern. Do this by placing your ruler on the outer edge of any of the lug holes. Then, place the end of your measuring tape or ruler at the center of the lug hole on the opposite side of the wheel.
The distance from your first lug hole to the opposite lug hole is the second number of your lug pattern: your diameter!
