You should be able to take that info to a tire shop and get what you need, but if you ever wanted to do your own bolt pattern measurement, here’s how!

Take your measuring tape or ruler and measure from the center of one lug to the center of the one directly across from it. That’s the diameter of your circle (the second number in the lug pattern formula), and your first number is the number of lugs (six)!

If you ever have to measure a bolt pattern for a different vehicle with an odd set of bolts, you’ll simply measure from the outer edge of one bolt to the center of one of the opposite lugs. You can also measure from center to center, then multiply by 1.026 to account for them not being directly across from one another.
