Cadillac Financial manages Cadillac’s leasing and retail financing. You can make payments to them online (one of the most accessible options), over the phone, or by mail.
No one wants to miss making a car payment, so learning all your Cadillac payment options is vital. In this quick guide, we’ll go over your payment methods, talk about average monthly payments, and answer some of the most common questions about paying a Cadillac bill. Let’s get started!
How to pay your Cadillac car bill
You’ve got more ways to pay your Cadillac bill than ever! From the convenience of an online account to dropping a check in the mail or paying by phone, you’re sure to find a payment method that works for you.
Online
You’ll probably find that paying your bill online is the easiest option. After all, you can enroll in automatic payments, so you never have to remember due dates! To get set up, log in to Cadillac’s MyAccount. You’ll enter your bank account, credit card, or debit card to make a payment.
If you want the convenience of auto-pay, set it up, and recurring payments will go into effect immediately! Want to change or cancel automatic payments? No problem—you can change your payment settings anytime on MyAccount.
Cadillac even offers an app—the Cadillac Financial MyAccount app for Android and iOS, where you can make payments through your smartphone.
By phone
If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, note that it goes into effect on the day you call, but it may take up to two business days for the money to come out of your account. You have two options for paying by phone. Call Cadillac’s automated phone service at 1-833-702-0077 or speak to a member of the concierge team by calling 1-877-223-5893.
Have your bank account and Cadillac account number handy. Be aware that Cadillac charges a $7.50 fee for using the automated phone service or a $10 fee for the concierge phone service.
Cadillac also limits how big of a payment you can make by phone—$2,500 if you’re leasing or $2,999.99 if you’re financing.
By mail
Cadillac accepts checks by mail and uses the posting date as the payment date, so give yourself plenty of time to mail off your check! First, print off a payment coupon by logging into your Cadillac financial account (the payment coupon is at the bottom of your billing statement.).
Then, make out a check or money order to “Cadillac Financial.” Write your Cadillac Financial account number on the memo line and mail your payment to one of the following addresses.

Can I make a payment in person?
Unfortunately, you can’t make a lease or financing payment at a Cadillac dealership. Instead, Cadillac Financial prefers that you make an online payment or use another payment method.
Can I make my Cadillac payments with a credit card?
Some customers might have the option of paying with their card through their online Cadillac account, so log in to see if that’s a payment option for you!
Otherwise, you can use your credit card by scheduling a payment through Western Union. You’ll have to pay their fees on top of your credit card interest rate, so it might not be the best option for paying your bill every month.
Is there a grace period for Cadillac car payments?
Cadillac doesn’t offer a grace period and expects you to make your payment by the due date on your statement. If you’re late, they will charge you interest and late fees.
If you’re having trouble making a payment, contact the concierge team through your online Cadillac account, and they’ll work with you to come up with a payment solution.
How much are Cadillac payments?
As you can probably guess, you’ll pay more for a Cadillac than your average sedan or SUV. The starting MSRPs for new Cadillacs range from around $35,000 for the CT4
sedan to $150,000 for the impressive Escalade
-V. To help you prepare for a monthly payment, we’ve gathered the data on some of the most popular 2023 Cadillac models. We’ll show you the average loan payment
based on the current pricing information. We used the lowest trim level and assumed you put down 10% toward a 72-month loan term with a 4.9% interest rate (the average for someone with good credit). If your factors are different, your monthly payment will be different.

Keep in mind that these are broad estimates. Your actual payment is determined by the price of the vehicle you buy, the down payment, your credit score
, and the loan terms. These estimates will also be different if you’re trading in a vehicle. If you’re hoping to lower your monthly payment, ask for a longer term, but don’t forget that you’ll usually pay more in the long run!
