- The car’s salvage title
- Photos of the repaired vehicle
Submit the above documents to WYDOT, Attn: Motor Vehicle Services, 5300 Bishop Boulevard, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
You will receive the decal in the mail, as well as a Certification of Correct VIN form.
Once you’ve received the decal, attach it to the driver’s side door jamb and take the vehicle to a law enforcement agency for inspection. Remember to bring:

- Certification of Correct VIN form
- $10 inspection fee
