A 6-inch lift kit is backed up by reinforced rugged cross members, steering knuckles, and upper control arms to keep things from getting banged up when coming across rocks, roots, boulders, and more.
Racing-grade Fox monotube shocks help absorb the impact of varied terrain at high speeds, as well.

Is the Chevy Silverado Black Widow a buy?
The Chevy Silverado Black Widow isn’t a bad option; but depending on the price (which seems to hover around $76,000), buyers might just opt for a GMC Sierra
AT4
package. Or if they want a more functional truck with a higher towing capacity, and a monstrous 6.6 liter V8, they could opt for the Sierra or Silverado HD AT4.
The only downside to the Chevy Silverado Black Widow is that you’re paying for a lift kit, some fancy logos, and an upgraded suspension.
If offroad capability is really what you want (without paying extra), opt for a mid-level version of the Silverado 1500, decide on an offroad package you like, and you could save around $15,000.
