Will a cat back exhaust void my Ford warranty?

My buddy is a huge gearhead and he told me that if I get a cat back exhaust, I can save tons of cash at the pump. I did my research, and I think this is true. My only issue is with the warranty. If I get a cat back exhaust, will it void my warranty?

The answer is a resounding maybe. A cat back exhaust may void the warranty, but only if it destroys other components covered by your Ford warranty. As long as you get the mod done professionally, you shouldn’t have to worry about voiding the warranty, as you’re covered under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 per the federal government.
While a cat back exhaust can help you save money at the pump, you can still find plenty of other places to save your hard-earned cash. One of them is by signing up for the
