Why do I need medical payments coverage if I have bodily injury and uninsured motorist coverage?

It seems like an unnecessary coverage since I already have both bodily injury and uninsured motorist coverage. Wouldn't it cover the same things as these?

Bodily injury liability
only covers injuries to others if you’re at fault in an accident.
Uninsured motorist coverage
covers you and your passengers if you’re injured by a driver who is uninsured.
Medical payment coverage
is most similar to health insurance. If you’re injured in an accident, it will help pay for your medical costs, regardless of fault. Without medical payments coverage, you likely wouldn’t have any coverage for your injuries in an accident.
If you can afford to add medical payments coverage to your policy, you should do so. It will provide additional coverage along with your health insurance policy. “
