I drive a 2014 GMC Terrain and just this last weekend during the rainstorm we had, my windshield wipers stopped working out of nowhere. Why aren’t the windshield wipers in my 2014 GMC Terrain working?

windshield wipers aren’t working, it’s likely because there was a manufacturing issue. This model’s wiper module ball joints experience undue wear and corrosion.GMC issued a recall in April of 2022 for all GMC Terrain SUVs produced under the 2014 - 2015 model years because of this windshield wiper manufacturing error.
If you receive a letter from GMC sometime during May notifying you of this recall, you’ll be able to bring your vehicle to an authorized dealer and they will inspect your windshield wipers and repair or replace them free of charge.
