While you can argue that brighter colors, like white and yellow, make it easier to be seen, there is no proof that they have lower accident rates. Similarly, there’s no proof driving a dark or black-colored car will increase your chances of an accident.
The most common cause of accidents is drivers. If someone is driving carelessly or is distracted, they’re more likely to get into an accident; the color of their car won’t change that.
