Who pays for a rental car after an accident?

A couple of weeks ago, I was in an accident. Thankfully everyone is all right and I was found not at fault, but my car needs repairs and I'll need a rental car. Will my insurance pay for it or will the at-fault driver's?

If their insurance is paying for your repairs, they’ll likely cover your rental car as well. If the other driver doesn’t have

rental reimbursement coverage

or their insurance won’t pay for your rental car, you may need to use your own coverage.

You can reach out to your car insurance company to find out who would cover your rental car. If needed, they may also be able to negotiate with the other driver’s insurance to cover your rental car.
