Who owns the Indiana Toll Road?

I take the Indiana Toll Road frequently for work. However, I overheard that some company from Australia owns the toll road. Is this true? Who actually owns the Indiana Toll Road?

The Indiana Toll Road is owned by the Indiana Finance Authority, which is overseen by the Treasurer of the State of Indiana. However, the bit about Australia isn’t too far off.
The Indiana Finance Authority hires a third party to operate the Indiana Toll Road. Currently, IFM investors based in Melbourne, Australia, operate the Indiana Toll Road, taking a cut of the tolls in return for their management services.
