Who owns Bugatti?

I’m a huge fan of supercars and I have been ever since I can remember. While most people love Lamborghini or Porsche, I’ve always been partial to Bugatti and want to learn more about the company. Who actually owns Bugatti?

Founded in 1909, Bugatti was originally a German automaker, but it’s been sold several times since that time. Today, German automaker Volkswagen AG owns the rights to the Bugatti name, although the nameplate officially only produces one vehicle: the Bugatti Chiron.
Produced in limited numbers in Germany, the Bugatti Chiron fetches an astounding price of $3 million, making it one of the most expensive cars ever produced.
While you may never be able to afford a Bugatti, you can at least get closer to your goal of owning a supercar by comparing
