Who offers 24-hour roadside assistance?

"Are there any companies that offer both 24-hour service and free towing?"

“Most roadside assistance plans come with 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Since roadside assistance is often used in emergency situations, most companies offer service around the clock.
For towing, most companies have a per occurrence limit. This means that they will pay up to a certain cost for towing, which is built into your membership.
For example, if your membership includes a $100 towing benefit per occurrence and you get a tow that costs $75; it’d be free. Anything above the $100 limit would come out of your pocket.
If you’re looking for a service that has towing included with no limit, you’ll likely need to look at more expensive plans.
Many roadside assistance plans come in tiers. Higher priced tiers, usually called gold or deluxe, will often include a larger range of benefits. This may include higher limits or no limits at all for towing.”
