The Toyota SUV that gets the best gas mileage is the Toyota RAV4 Prime. Behind its 302-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine coupled with an electric motor, the RAV4 Prime PHEV gets an impressive 94 MPGe when operating in hybrid mode.
