Where is the fuel pump relay located on a 1999 Lincoln Town Car?

I have an old ‘99 Town Car that still runs, but recently I’ve been having some problems with it. I suspect the issue is a bad fuel pump relay, but I can’t even find the relay to check it out. That’s why I’d like to know, where is the location of the fuel pump relay on a 1999 Lincoln Town Car?

DIY repairs can be tough! The fuel pump relay on a 1999 Lincoln Town Car is located in the Powerbox under the hood. It is inside a plastic box on the right-hand side of the engine that also contains the EEC relay and EEC diode.
The inside of the Powerbox should have a diagram that indicates where each fuse and relay is located.
