Where is the Ford Fusion battery location?

I’m having a slightly difficult time trying to change out my Ford Fusion’s battery…as in, I can’t find where the old battery is connected. Where did Ford place this battery?

The Ford Fusion battery location is under the hood on the driver’s side, but it may be a little more difficult to see it because it’s partly hidden under the cowl of the vehicle. So it will, unfortunately, require a bit more effort and maneuvering to swap the batteries.
