Where is the Ford Flex built?

I’m in the market for an SUV, and I love the style, features, and power of the Ford Flex. However, I always like to buy American-made products whenever possible. Where does Ford build the Flex?

The Ford Flex was built at the Ford Oakville Assembly Plant in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. While it’s not technically American-made, Ford holds all of its factories to the same quality standards, so you shouldn’t see any drop-off in quality.
That said, you cannot buy a new Ford Flex anymore. This SUV was manufactured from 2009 to 2019, but it’s no longer part of the Ford lineup. If you want to buy a brand-new vehicle with seating for seven and above-average power and towing, consider the
Ford Explorer
or the slightly smaller
Ford Edge
.
