While the Buick Regal has since been discontinued, the Buick Regal was last made at an Opel production plant in Germany as part of an agreement between GM and Opel—a French automaker. While it technically isn’t made in America, it was still held to the same standards as the rest of the
Buick
lineup.However, Buick ended the Regal’s run in 2020, which only gives you used options to pick from. If you truly want an American-made Regal, you’ll have to go all the way back to the 2004 model year to get one.
