The BMW X2 is built in Regensburg, Germany in a factory where more than 10,000 employees work to assemble nine different BMW models. The Regensburg plant has produced more than three million cars since it opened in 1986.
The main BMW plant is located in Munich. This plant manufactures the BMW 3 Series Touring, BMW 4 Series Coupe, and M4 Coupe—all three of which aren’t manufactured anywhere else in the world.
