I need to check the 12-volt battery in my 2013 Toyota Prius but I don’t know where to look—where is the 2013 Toyota Prius’ 12-volt battery located?

Seeing as you didn’t mention which version or trim level of the 2013 Toyota Prius you own, we can’t give you an exact answer as to where the 12-volt battery is located, as there are two places it could reside:
- If you own the 2013 Toyota Prius Liftback Gen 3 or the 2013 Toyota Prius V, the 12-volt battery is located in the trunk on the passenger’s side, underneath the floor lining near the tail lamp.
- If, on the other hand, you own the 2013 Toyota Prius C Hatchback, the 12-volt battery is located underneath the rear passenger seat.
