The 2010 Prius battery location is in the trunk toward the passenger side of the vehicle. You’ll need to remove the carpet to access the battery compartment.
You will also need properly sized tools to lift out the old battery, like a ratchet, socket, and rag. Be very careful when handling the vent tube.
