Where is the 2007 Audi Q7 battery located?
I have a feeling I’ll need to replace the battery in my Audi Q7 soon—but I wasn’t planning on budgeting for repairs just yet, and I’m hoping there’s a chance I can DIY a temporary fix. The only problem is, I’ve never had battery issues in this car before, and I’m not sure where to start. Where is the battery located in a 2007 Audi Q7?

Getting to your battery will require a little bit of elbow grease, since the 2007
Audi Q7
’s battery location is underneath the driver’s seat. That’s right—you won’t find your ‘07 Q7’s battery under the hood as you might expect. To access it, you’ll have to slide your driver’s seat as far forward as possible and approach from the back row of seats.
You’ll also need a few simple tools—including a flathead screwdriver and a ratchet—to remove the rear bolts on the back of the driver’s seat and open the protective assembly cover that hides your battery.
