Your Durango’s battery could be a challenge to track down if you’re used to finding car batteries under the hood of your vehicle. The 2012 Durango battery location is found underneath the front passenger seat.
To take a look at it, move the seat forward, and from the rear passenger area, lift the panel found underneath the seat (being mindful of the clips that hold it in place as you do so). Lift it away, and there you’ll find it: your Dodge Durango battery.
