Where is Ford building a plant in Tennessee?

I may be getting a used 2010 Cadillac CTS and I asked the seller if it has Bluetooth capabilities but they weren’t sure. I’m a big music consumer and spend a lot of time in my car, so I need Bluetooth in my vehicles. Does Bluetooth come in the 2010 CTS?

Forgive me, but I still don't understand how EVs work. For instance, something as simple as their charging ports. Where are they on an electric car?
