Where is an ‘89 Toyota pickup’s fuel pump relay located?

I bought an old Toyota pickup from 1989 and I can’t find the fuel pump relay to replace it. Where should I look to fix this problem?

In an ‘89 Toyota pickup, the fuel pump relay will be located in the engine bay. To access it, you’ll need to
open the hood of your truck
and locate the fuse box on the passenger side of your vehicle. Once you find the fuse box, you can check the underside of the lid for more details about which fuse or relay controls each part of your pickup.
If you have difficulty locating the fuse box, you can also check online for a copy of the owner’s manual for more information on your specific model. Owner’s manuals are often available on the internet in PDF form, so it shouldn’t be hard to find!
