battery location is under the hood, but it can be difficult to find since it’s hidden by a plastic cover. To access the 2015 Chevy Equinox battery location, you’ll need to locate this cover near the front end of the hood on the driver’s side.There are three cords that run out of the left side of the cover. Underneath these cords is a bolt you can remove. Then, you can gently slide the cover to the right and lift it away to find your 2015 Chevy Equinox battery location.
