Ford Ranger
axle code.
You can find axle codes on the Safety Standard Certification Label attached to the driver-side door lock post. The code will appear as a number or a combination of letters and numbers under the “axle” column.
Once you have your code, you can easily find a Ford Ranger axle codes chart online and look up your vehicle’s specifications. Most charts should tell you the type of differential, ratio, and capacity.
