Where are Dodge pickups made?

I’ve always been a fan of Dodge pickups. The engine power, the aesthetics, and the features seem like they’re a cut above Ford and Chevy. However, I like to buy American when I can. Are Dodge pickups made in America?

Dodge pickups are made at two plants in Michigan, as well as a single factory in Mexico. It all depends on which model and trim you purchase—most are actually RAM pickups today.
Although RAM separated from Dodge in 2009, some people still consider it part of the Dodge family. RAM manufacturing plants are in:
  • Warren Truck Assembly Plant — Warren, Michigan: RAM 1500
  • Sterling Heights Assembly Plant — Sterling Heights, Michigan: RAM 1500
  • Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant — Coahuila, Mexico: RAM 2500 and RAM 3500
If you decide to purchase a Dodge, or rather a RAM truck, you can significantly reduce your
