When did the Kia 7-year warranty start?

I’m moving to Idaho soon, but my car is a bit outdated. I’m not quite sure if it’s going to pass an emissions test, and I don’t have enough money to buy a new car right now. Are smog checks required in Idaho?

I just bought my first new car after about a decade of driving my dad’s old beater, and I noticed that my new car doesn’t have a built-in ashtray? I mentioned it to a friend who said it’s because it’s now illegal to smoke while driving, but that doesn’t make any sense. I see people smoking while driving in California all the time. So is it legal to smoke in your car in California or not?

Will State Farm pay me directly or bill my health care provider? I have MedPay through State Farm, but I'm wondering if I get in an accident how I will get the money.
