What's up with the 2016 Dodge Journey ticking noise?
I’m the original owner of a 2016 Dodge Journey. It’s been a great car for me so far, but I recently noticed a ticking noise once I fire up the engine and sometimes when I’m idling. What could be the cause of such a noise?

The Dodge Journey from 2016 is known to sometimes have issues with the exhaust manifold. In all likelihood, the 2016 Dodge Journey ticking noise that you’re describing is the result of exhaust passing through the cracks in the manifold. While it isn’t an immediate issue, you should still get it fixed sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately, the repair isn’t cheap. Expect to budget between $1,000 and $1,200 to get the exhaust manifold either repaired or replaced.
