What's the issue if my 2002 Toyota Camry won't start and has no click?
My 2002 Toyota Camry has nearly 400,000 miles on it and has never really given me a problem—until now. I went to start my Camry today and it won’t start. Even worse, it doesn’t have a click, so I’m certain it isn’t the battery. What might be the issue?

A 2002 Toyota Camry that won’t start and has no click sounds like it’s an issue with the starter or starter solenoid. When this part of the car fails, the alternator could be fine and is adequately charging the battery and the battery could have full voltage. However, you won’t hear the clicking noise that the starter usually makes because it’s not functioning and isn’t providing a spark to the engine.
