What’s the blood alcohol limit in Michigan?

How high can your blood-alcohol content be when driving in Michigan? Every time I have a beer with dinner, I get really nervous that I’ll get pulled over while I’m driving home!

Michigan
has a blood-alcohol content (BAC) limit of 0.08% if you’re over 21 years old. If you’re under 21, the legal limit is 0.02% which, for most people, is the equivalent of a single drink.
As long as you’re of legal age and feel confident in your ability to drive after a single drink, you shouldn’t have any trouble driving home. A good rule of thumb is: if you feel inebriated, do not drive. Remember, it’s always cheaper to pay for a taxi or an Uber than it is to pay for a car accident!
Staying within the legal limit can help keep you safe, but car accidents still happen. Check out the
