What speed is reckless driving in Missouri?

has no set speed that is considered reckless driving, going 20 mph over the posted speed limit is a Class B misdemeanor. This charge can result in penalties of:
- Up to a $500 fine
- Up to six months in jail
Diving more in depth into the law, Missouri considers reckless driving to be careless and imprudent driving wherein the driver is ignoring the rules of the road. Whether or not you’re driving recklessly is up to the discretion of the police officer.
