What speed is considered reckless driving in Florida?
I was just driving on the highway and was practically hit by a guy going about 100 mph! What speed do you have to be going for it to be considered reckless driving in Florida?

In Florida, reckless driving tickets can be issued for speeding 30 mph or more above the limit. However, other factors will need to apply alongside excessive speeding in order for a reckless driving conviction to be upheld. These include:
Improper passing (ie; weaving in and out of traffic)
Straddling lanes
Failing to look for pedestrians
That said, Florida can convict someone of reckless driving for grossly excessive speeding. Though the definition of “grossly excessive” can vary, some examples might be:
