What size solar panels so I need to charge an electric car?

As electric vehicles become more widespread, the United States will have to ensure that the power grids can support the increased demand for electricity.

EV charging stations need to be built in remote areas to encourage wider adoption of electric cars. Currently, many charging networks are only built in high-traffic locations.

Lithium-ion batteries run the EV market nowadays, but what are our other options? Nuclear energy could be one. Though there are issues to work out, nuclear energy could certainly be a viable way to power cars, with very little fuel required to produce huge amounts of power.
