What should my boyfriend do after being hit by a drunk driver and being saddled with $100,000 in medical bills?

Do they make the Dodge Hellcat in America, or is it shipped in from another country? I’m thinking about buying one, but I usually stick to American cars.

I always thought renters insurance was mandatory, but weirdly my grandpa's apartment manager has told him that he's not allowed to take out a renters policy. If he does, the manager said he'll face legal action. Is this allowed?
