What should I do if my 2012 Toyota Sienna’s sliding door won't open?

If neither is true, these are a few other reasons your 2012 Toyota Sienna’s sliding door might not be cooperating:
The latch motor is faulty: If the door struggles to open while making an unfamiliar noise, the latch motor has probably failed. To open it, pull the handle and hold it for three seconds.
The cable is broken: There’s a cable that controls the opening and shutting function, but it’s prone to fraying and breaking. In this case, you’ll need a new cable for your Sienna.
The electrical system is overloaded: If something is blocking the door’s latch, it won’t be able to open or shut properly, leading to an overloaded circuit. Make sure nothing is obstructing the upper and lower tracks.
The door latch is jammed: If the tracks aren’t blocked, then it could be the
