“If you contacted your
car insurance company
, they’re responsible for getting in touch with the other driver’s insurance company, so you shouldn’t need to contact them directly. If they still can’t get in touch, you can pay for the repairs using your own insurance (provided you pay the deductible). Otherwise, your only other option is to pursue compensation through small claims court.”
