What Is The Towing Capacity For A 2020 Cadillac Escalade?
A friend of mine is selling his 2020 Escalade and I was thinking about buying it. I’m curious though, what’s that thing’s towing capacity? Will I be able to pull my boat behind it?

The 2020 Cadillac Escalade has a towing capacity of 8,100 to 8,300 pounds, depending on the trim level. The average speed boat weighs about 8,000 pounds, so you should just be able to do it—depending on what sort of boat it is.
Before buying a used car, even from a friend, it’s a good idea to get some detailed information about the car. Ask your friend what sort of miles are on the Cadillac, how often he has driven it, and how frequently he has been changing the oil.
