It’s possible to reach this amount with only a few drinks depending on your tolerance, but don’t gamble with your future by acting irresponsibly.Not only will you see a huge increase in your car insurance premiums, but you’re also subject to these penalties for a DUI in Nevada:
- Jail time of two days to six months
- Fines of $400 to $1,000
- License suspension of up to 90 days
- Possible requirement of an ignition interlock system
