depends on the model year. If you have an Accord manufactured in 2011 or later, Honda recommends 0W-20 motor oil. If your Honda Accord was made prior to 2011, you should use SAE 5W-20 synthetic motor oil.Once you’re done changing the oil, make sure that you take the old motor oil to a repair shop or recommended disposal business to avoid groundwater contamination.
