What is the Hawaii blood alcohol limit?
I finally saved up enough money to take a trip to Hawaii. While I’m going to hike and explore the island, I also want to have a few drinks and soak in the ocean view. I just want to make sure I don’t get a DUI. What’s the blood alcohol limit in Hawaii?

blood alcohol limit is the same as every other state except Utah: .08.If you’re pulled over and blow a .08 or higher on a breathalyzer, it can put a damper on your vacation. It will also cause you to incur the following penalties:
- Between $150 and $1,000 in fines, not including court costs
- License suspension for a minimum of 90 days
