’s Charge Station Pro sells for $1,310 if you buy a Lightning truck with a Standard Range Battery. A Ford Charge Station Pro is included in the purchase price if you buy the F-150 Lightning with Extended-Range Battery.This 80-amp bidirectional power source is the fastest way to charge your Lightning pickup, and will fully recharge your battery in 8 hours, so you can charge it easily overnight. You’ll get roughly 30 miles per charging hour, meaning a 240-mile range will be at your disposal on a full charge.
The Charge Station Pro comes with a 25-foot charging cable and can be installed either indoors or out—it is housed in a weather-proof case.
The coolest part about the Charge Station Pro? Its bi-directional power flow allows your Lightning truck to use Intelligent Backup power to power your home in case of a power failure. Since the Lightning battery stores power, the bi-directional flow can be used to direct that power from your truck to your home, keeping the lights on.
