What is the warranty on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata?

My uncle is moving out of state, and he said he’d sell me his 2013 Sonata for $500, which is well under value! I think I’m going to pull the trigger based on price alone, but I also want to see if this model is still under warranty. What’s the 2013 Hyundai Sonata’s warranty?

Getting a 2013
Hyundai Sonata
for $500 is certainly a steal no matter what condition the car is in! Hyundai has America’s best warranty, so it’s worth it to inquire—unfortunately, the 2013 Hyundai Sonata’s five-year, 60,000-mile basic warranty and 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain are almost completely passed. You may get one year out of it, but that’s it.
As such, you may want to consider
mechanical breakdown insurance
, especially since you bought the car for so cheap. It will pay for certain out-of-pocket expenses and repairs that you would ordinarily have to pay for out of pocket.
Regardless of whether you opt for mechanical breakdown insurance, you still need a regular car insurance policy to keep your car protected. Use the
