What is the 2012 Scion xB oil type?
I’m loading up on supplies for my 2012 Scion xB, and I figure I might as well throw a container of oil in there just in case. What kind should I buy?

can use SAE 5W-20 or 0W-20 engine oil. Either of these will work in your Scion, though 0W-20 will bring you better fuel economy.Wondering where on earth someone without the internet is supposed to find their oil type? It should be printed on the oil cap in your engine, as well as in your car’s owner’s manual. Along with that, most clerks at auto parts stores will know what type of oil you need if you tell them the make, model, and year of your car.
