What is the 2006 Scion tC fuel pump relay location?

I have a 2006 Scion tC, and the engine won’t start. I had my friend come to check it out, and he said it could be an issue with the fuel pump relay—where can I find that?

The Scion tC’s fuel pump relay is in the fuse box under the hood, to the right of the engine. If you’re wondering what to look for with a faulty fuel pump relay, here are some signs:
