What is the 1996 Suzuki Intruder 800’s oil type?

I inherited this ancient Suzuki Intruder 800 from my dad and it needs an oil top off. What type of oil should I put in a 1996 Intruder?

The 1996
Suzuki
Intruder 800’s oil type is 10W-40 synthetic motor oil. You can purchase this type of oil at most auto parts stores.
Be careful not to get 5W-40 grade oil instead! This type of motor oil is made for car engines, not bike engines, and can seriously damage your vehicle if you use it instead of the oil type recommended by Suzuki.
