- Driving over 100 mph
- Drag racing
- Driving with wanton disregard for other drivers or their property

. In New Hampshire, reckless driving is a misdemeanor that stays on your record indefinitely. You can also face penalties, including:- A fine of at least $500 and a license suspension of no less than 60 days for the first offense
